DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive and reliable protection plan that provides DJI products with coverage for a range of accidental damages and natural wear.
DJI Care Refresh is available for purchase for US customers only.
For a small additional charge, DJI Care Refresh provides two replacement units within one year (1-Year Plan), or three replacement units within two years (2-Year Plan), covering collisions, water damage, natural wear, and other accidental damage.
Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. A DJI service center will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.
Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacement services, DJI will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension as a reward.
DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.
DII Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support. Your requests will be transferred to D]I Care service channels to provide you with express replacement.
