The Shimoda Explore V2 Starter Kit is an adventure-ready camera backpack that shows up ready to work. It comes with the Small Mirrorless Core Unit, which means you can slide in your mirrorless body, a couple lenses, and a few essentials. It’s light, protective, and dialed from the jump.
The Explore V2 itself is made for serious terrain: weatherproof fabrics, side and rear access, comfy harness system, laptop sleeve, and just the right amount of external straps and stash pockets. Meet the Explorer v2
Women's Harness
Every women's series pack comes equipped with Shimoda's Women's specific Tech Straps and Women's Adjustable Belt. The straps curve away from the chest area while the dual sternum straps eliminate any awkward pressure points. The belt can be adjusted by 2.4 in (6cm) to help women with a smaller waist find a better fit around their hips.
International Carry-on Compatible and Travel-Friendly Design
Designed to be the perfect travel partner, the Women's Explore 30 water-resistant camera backpack meets the most global carry-on regulations and even fits under an airplane seat. It also features a luggage pass-through handle, lockable zippers, a hidden passport pocket, and a quick dual-access document/book sleeve.
Multiple Access Points
The pack offers rear and side access options. The side opening is ideal for quick, under-the-arm access without completely removing the pack, and the anti-theft rear opening allows wide, unobstructed access to the bulk of your gear for less time-sensitive shooting situations.
Dual Laptop/Tablet Sleeves
Both rear and front panel padded sleeves fit a laptop up to 16 inches in size. Having two sleeves lets you pack both a tablet and a laptop while providing options for various packing scenarios.
Medium Mirrorless v2 Core Unit Modular Camera Insert Included
Core Units provide shockproof protection for Mirrorless, SLR, and DSLR cameras and lenses, and they ensure a user never carries more padding and weight than necessary. A user can increase their layout options with two or more Core Units by stacking and shifting how they are placed in the pack.
