Josh Kobayashi, though he often says he's from Toronto, is actually from the smaller city of Pickering, just outside Toronto. Despite his parents' divorce at a young age, they both shared a deep love for music and creativity, engaging him in their artistic hobbies. This naturally sparked his own passion for the arts. Growing up with a cleft lip, Josh preferred to be behind the camera rather than in front of it, which led him to discover photography at an early age. His life is a key inspiration for his work. He describes himself as a "yes" man, embracing life as a journey. Josh travels frequently, enjoys unique food, meets fascinating people, and seeks out new experiences wherever possible. Josh takes pride in his collaborations with travel and tourism brands, like Hertz, where his creativity thrives. Travel, he believes, unlocks a new dimension of artistic expression for him. In addition to his brand work, Josh is particularly proud of his personal projects, which give him the freedom to express himself outside the restrictions of company guidelines.
